10 Ways to Lose Weight Without Trying
I agree with this tips about losing weight! for example "stand up" I believe if you do stand up when you take a call or something like that, you can get into the habit and do it more offen. Also it says " by standing up, it burns 1 1/2 carories then sitting does" and its not rocket science to do.another one is "dont get meals infront of the tv". I get in front of the tv all the time, and when im done and ready to stand up, I feel tried, weak, and even more lazy then I was before. And i also heard if you sit in front of the tv and eat, you get the idest ( that is when you get a tons of food, then get really sleepy after words). that is how all the extra fat from the food, stays withn your body.some foods that you get can have extra fat, and sugar but it stores it in your body for later. exp. if you go running or walking or even just excrising ,the extra fat and sugar are being used, but it a good way, But if you sit aroung, on the computer or watching tv, the extra fat and sugar is not being used, so it may go to a place in your body that doesnt need it and it creates more fat that shouldve been bruned off, but wasnt. So it adds!
